SHUTTLE DETAILS

For both Friday and Saturday evening, we’ll have shuttles running to and from the events to make transportation easy. Pick-up and drop-off will be available at two locations: the Limelight Hotel and the Baldy Bus Loop at Sun Valley Lodge.

On Friday, shuttles for the Welcome Party will begin at 5:45pm, and on Saturday, wedding shuttles will start at 3:15pm. Buses will be marked with “Allen/Rogers” or something along those lines!

Buses will continue circulating until all guests are picked up, but please plan to be on time, especially on Saturday when the day’s timeline is tight. To avoid any confusion, we’ve included photos and exact details of both shuttle locations below.

Buses will be behind the Hotel, on Washington Ave.

Baldy Bus Loop (Sun Valley Lodge)

Buses will pickup at Baldy Bus Loop, which is located right next to Pete Lane's Mountain Sports.
The loop is slightly past the lodge’s main entrance.
